~ Manchester Valley High School to open
Several Century High School faculty members will be transferring to Manchester Valley High School for the fall 2009 semester to aid MVHS’s principal Randy Clark in pursuing the school’s mission statement to “ensure opportunities for the success of all students as they become productive members of a diverse and complex society.” Read it.

~ Black and White Dance Preview
The class of 2010 is preparing for the fourth annual Black and White dance, to be held on Saturday Feb. 21, with several changes this year, including a new DJ and new decorations. Read it.

~ Andy Lewis robbed
On Jan. 17, a man came into the local High’s and robbed the store of the money in the cash register. Senior Andy Lewis was working during the robbery and decided to share his experience with The Scroll. Read it.

The Future Business Leaders of America club at Century High School is gearing up for the State Business Competition on March 26-28, a competition for which the club has been preparing since the beginning of the school year. Read it.
